Selora is not responsible for damage, degradation, misuse, contamination, improper handling, improper storage, unauthorized transfer, or disposal after delivery.

7. Assumption of Risk

The purchaser may not alter, obscure, remove, or misrepresent Selora labels, lot numbers, warnings, research-use statements, COAs, packaging, or documentation.
Any suspected resale, redistribution, relabeling, or representation for prohibited use may result in immediate account termination, refusal of service, order cancellation, and other action deemed necessary by Selora.
11. Product Information, COAs, and Testing
Certificates of Analysis, purity data, third-party testing, HPLC information, mass spectrometry information, lot numbers, batch numbers, or other product documentation may be provided where available.
Such documentation is provided for research-material identification and quality-reference purposes only.
COAs, testing references, purity statements, or laboratory documentation do not convert any product into a drug, medicine, dietary supplement, cosmetic, food, medical device, veterinary product, or product intended for human or animal use.

12. Orders, Acceptance, and Refusal of Service

14. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Selora is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, incorrect addresses, incomplete addresses, failed delivery attempts, theft after delivery, refusal of delivery, or events outside Selora’s control.
The purchaser is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
Risk of loss may transfer to the purchaser upon delivery to the shipping carrier or upon carrier-confirmed delivery, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Any shipping issue must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery.
15. Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance, when offered, may cover packages confirmed by the carrier as lost, misdelivered, or delivered damaged, subject to the terms of the insurance option.
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery.
Damaged-package claims require clear photos of the exterior packaging, interior packaging, product condition, label, and any visible damage.
Shipping insurance does not cover:
- Incorrect addresses provided by the purchaser
- Incomplete addresses
- Packages marked delivered by the carrier
- Theft after delivery
- Failure to retrieve a package
- Carrier delays
- Weather delays
- Heat or cold exposure after delivery

Approved shipping claims may be fulfilled by replacement shipment, store credit, or other remedy determined by Selora in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
