Selora products are not drugs, medicines, dietary supplements, cosmetics, foods, treatments, medical devices, diagnostic products, or veterinary products.
No product sold by Selora BioSystems is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for human or animal therapeutic, diagnostic, preventative, or medical use.
2. Purchaser Eligibility
By using this website or purchasing from Selora, you certify, represent, and warrant that:

Selora BioSystems does not provide medical advice, clinical advice, diagnostic advice, therapeutic advice, veterinary advice, dosing advice, administration guidance, injection guidance, cycling guidance, treatment plans, personal-use instructions, or reconstitution-for-administration instructions.
No Selora communication, website content, product listing, product name, product description, label, COA, purity data, batch information, storage information, handling information, email, message, or customer support response should be interpreted as medical, clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, veterinary, dosing, or personal-use guidance.

4. Customer Responsibility

5. Strictly Prohibited Uses

- Provide, transfer, gift, sell, resell, distribute, or make available any product to any person or organization for any prohibited use.
- Resell, relabel, repackage, advertise, market, or distribute products for human use, animal use, personal use, wellness use, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, cosmetic use, dietary supplement use, or any other unauthorized use.
- Make medical, therapeutic, clinical, diagnostic, cosmetic, supplement, weight-loss, bodybuilding, anti-aging, wellness, dosing, administration, or personal-use claims regarding any Selora product.
- Request or rely on Selora for dosing, administration, injection, ingestion, reconstitution-for-administration, treatment, cycling, personal-use, or prohibited-use guidance.
- Misrepresent your identity, age, purchaser type, research purpose, qualifications, institutional affiliation, or intended use.
- Use Selora products in any way that violates applicable law, regulation, institutional policy, safety requirement, or these Terms.
Any communication suggesting human use, animal use, dosing, administration, injection, ingestion, treatment, personal use, resale for human use, or other prohibited use may result in immediate refusal of service, order cancellation, account termination, and denial of future purchases.
6. No Administration Supplies
Selora BioSystems does not sell, provide, or recommend sterile diluents, syringes, needles, alcohol pads, injection supplies, dosing materials, administration supplies, or reconstitution-for-administration supplies.
Products are supplied as research-use materials only.
Any discussion of storage, handling, solubility, stability, documentation, or laboratory processing is provided only for lawful research-context reference and must not be interpreted as human-use, animal-use, injection, administration, or dosing instruction.
7. Documentation, COAs, and Analytical Information
Certificates of Analysis, purity information, analytical records, supplier documentation, batch documentation, third-party testing information, HPLC information, mass spectrometry information, lot numbers, and related documentation may be available by product and batch.
Any documentation provided is for research recordkeeping, product identification, and laboratory reference only.
COAs, purity data, analytical records, or supplier documentation must not be interpreted as medical, clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, dietary supplement, food, veterinary, or safety-for-human-use information.
Documentation availability may vary by product, batch, supplier, testing status, and order status.
Selora does not guarantee that any documentation will satisfy the requirements of a particular institution, research protocol, regulatory authority, or purchaser objective.

All website content, product descriptions, product names, articles, educational materials, images, graphics, labels, documentation, and social media content are provided for general informational and research-context purposes only.
Nothing on the website or any Selora platform should be interpreted as:

Orders may be refused or canceled if Selora believes that the purchaser, account, communication, shipping destination, payment information, research description, order pattern, product combination, or surrounding circumstances may be inconsistent with research-use-only requirements, applicable law, safety expectations, or company policy.
Selora may also refuse or cancel orders due to inventory issues, payment issues, suspected fraud, chargeback risk, shipping restrictions, regulatory concerns, documentation concerns, prior account violations, or any other business or compliance reason.
11. Checkout Certification and Recordkeeping
Before completing checkout, purchasers may be required to affirmatively check one or more certification boxes confirming acceptance of these Terms and research-use-only restrictions.
By checking the required box or completing checkout, you certify that all statements made during checkout are true, accurate, and complete.
For compliance, fraud prevention, and risk-management purposes, Selora may record and retain evidence of your agreement, including:

- Customer name

- Billing and shipping details

- Terms version accepted

12. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Prices may not include taxes, duties, customs charges, shipping fees, handling fees, insurance, or other governmental charges unless expressly stated at checkout.
Payment must be made in full before an order is processed or shipped.
Selora may use third-party payment processors. Selora does not store full payment card information on its own servers.
All payments are subject to fraud screening, payment processor rules, bank authorization, and transaction review.
Selora reserves the right to cancel unpaid, incomplete, suspicious, or high-risk orders.
13. Shipping and Delivery
Products are packaged for research-use shipment using protective materials and available documentation.
Customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address.
Customer is responsible for verifying product identity, SKU, lot number, batch number, quantity, and package condition immediately upon receipt.
Any damaged package, missing item, incorrect item, shipment issue, temperature concern, or documentation concern must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
Selora may require photographs, packaging images, shipping label images, product images, order information, lot information, and other documentation before reviewing any shipment concern.
Selora is not responsible for shipping delays, weather delays, carrier errors, incorrect addresses, incomplete addresses, failed delivery attempts, failure to retrieve packages, theft after delivery, or damage caused after carrier-confirmed delivery, except where required by law or expressly approved by Selora in writing.
14. Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance, when offered, may cover packages confirmed by the carrier as lost, misdelivered, or delivered damaged, subject to the terms of the insurance option.
Claims must be submitted within the stated claim window.
Damaged-package claims require clear photos of the exterior packaging, interior packaging, product condition, shipping label, and any visible damage.
Shipping insurance does not cover:
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Incomplete addresses
- Packages marked delivered by the carrier
- Theft after delivery
- Failure to retrieve a package
- Carrier delays
- Weather delays
- Heat or cold exposure after delivery
- Refused shipments
- Insufficient documentation
- Misuse or suspected prohibited use
Approved shipping claims may be fulfilled by replacement shipment, store credit, refund, or other remedy determined by Selora in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
15. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Due to the nature of research materials and chain-of-custody considerations, returns may be restricted or refused.
Selora may, at its discretion, review replacement or refund requests for incorrect, damaged, missing, or shipment-related issues reported within the stated claim window.
Selora may require photos, order information, lot information, packaging information, shipping information, and other documentation before approving any replacement, return, or refund.
No return, refund, or replacement will be provided for products that have been opened, used, altered, transferred, improperly stored, mishandled, contaminated, discarded, relabeled, repackaged, or associated with prohibited use.
Any return must be pre-approved in writing. Unauthorized returns may be refused, discarded, or returned to sender.
Selora reserves the right to deny refunds, returns, replacements, or future service where customer communications suggest human use, animal use, personal use, prohibited use, misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
16. Chargebacks, Fraud, and Payment Disputes
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and payment information.
Fraudulent orders, unauthorized payment use, false claims, chargeback abuse, or intentional misrepresentation may result in order cancellation, account termination, refusal of future service, evidence submission to payment processors, and any other action available to Selora.
Selora may use checkout records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, account history, certification records, and accepted Terms versions to respond to chargebacks, fraud claims, or payment disputes.
17. Compliance With Laws and Restricted Destinations
You are solely responsible for determining whether purchase, receipt, possession, storage, handling, use, transfer, disposal, import, or export of any product is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Selora may restrict sales, shipping, or access to certain persons, entities, locations, jurisdictions, or destinations at its discretion.
You agree not to purchase, ship, forward, export, re-export, transfer, or provide any product in violation of applicable law, sanctions, export controls, institutional restrictions, or these Terms.
18. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that research materials may require specialized handling, storage, documentation, containment, and disposal.
You acknowledge that such materials may present known and unknown risks, including but not limited to contamination risk, chemical exposure risk, improper storage risk, degradation risk, laboratory handling risk, environmental risk, toxicological uncertainty, and foreseeable or unforeseeable hazards.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the receipt, possession, storage, handling, documentation, use, transfer, disposal, or misuse of products after delivery.
19. No Warranties
All products and website services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selora disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Suitability for any research purpose
- Compatibility with any solvent, material, method, or protocol
- Regulatory compliance in the purchaser’s jurisdiction
- Accuracy or sufficiency of third-party information
- Research outcome or experimental result
- Human-use or animal-use safety
- Website availability or uninterrupted access
You are solely responsible for verifying whether any product is appropriate, lawful, and suitable for your intended qualified research purpose.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selora BioSystems, Selora Technologies, Inc., and their owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, affiliates, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, personal, bodily, economic, regulatory, property, business, or other damages arising from or related to website access, account use, product information, purchase, receipt, possession, storage, handling, use, misuse, transfer, resale, distribution, disposal, documentation, shipping, delay, loss, unauthorized use, human use, animal use, purchaser misrepresentation, regulatory action, or inability to use any product.
This includes, without limitation, claims involving personal injury, animal injury, illness, death, property damage, business interruption, lost profits, lost revenue, regulatory consequences, loss of research materials, improper storage, improper handling, contamination, unauthorized use, third-party misuse, or purchaser misuse.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selora’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the purchaser for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some limitations may not apply where prohibited by law.
21. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Selora BioSystems, Selora Technologies, Inc., and their owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, affiliates, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, demands, lawsuits, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, fines, costs, expenses, attorneys’ fees, investigations, regulatory actions, or third-party claims arising from or related to:
- Your purchase, receipt, possession, storage, handling, use, misuse, transfer, resale, disposal, or distribution of products.
- Your access to or use of the website.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any law, regulation, institutional policy, organizational policy, safety rule, or research requirement.

Any such use is strictly prohibited, outside the intended use of Selora products, and undertaken solely at the purchaser’s own risk and liability.
Selora will not provide support, refunds, replacements, or responses for communications that request or describe prohibited use.

You agree that you will not use Selora website content, product listings, COAs, documentation, labels, images, emails, messages, social media content, customer service communications, or any other Selora material to support, imply, advertise, or promote any human-use, animal-use, clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, supplement, food, household, compounding, wellness, weight-loss, bodybuilding, anti-aging, or personal-use claim.
Selora does not authorize any customer, reseller, influencer, affiliate, marketplace seller, reviewer, or third party to make such claims.
Any unauthorized use of Selora materials in connection with prohibited claims may result in account termination, refusal of service, legal action, and notice to relevant platforms or authorities where appropriate.
24. Intellectual Property
All Selora names, logos, product images, website content, product descriptions, labels, documents, designs, graphics, page layouts, photography, trade dress, written materials, and related content are owned by or licensed to Selora unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, scrape, distribute, display, sell, exploit, or use Selora intellectual property without prior written permission.
You may not use Selora’s name, logo, product images, COAs, labels, documentation, or branding in connection with resale, relabeling, redistribution, third-party sales, prohibited-use claims, or unauthorized marketing.
25. Third-Party Links and Services
The website may contain links to third-party websites, payment processors, shipping carriers, laboratories, service providers, or external resources.
Selora does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies, errors, delays, content, data practices, pricing, claims, or performance.
Use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate third-party terms.
26. Account Suspension and Termination
Selora may suspend, restrict, or terminate account access, order privileges, customer support access, or future purchasing ability if Selora believes an account is associated with:
- Prohibited use
- Misrepresentation
- Improper communications
- Suspicious ordering activity
- Regulatory risk
- Chargeback abuse
- Fraud
- Resale or redistribution concerns
- False purchaser certification

Upon termination, your right to access services or purchase products from Selora ends immediately.

Selora shall not be responsible for delay, nonperformance, or failure to fulfill any obligation caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, carrier delays, supply shortages, labor disruptions, government actions, regulatory restrictions, import/export delays, public health emergencies, power outages, cybersecurity incidents, payment processor outages, acts of war, civil disturbances, or other events outside reasonable control.
29. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Erie County, New York, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
30. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
