Any reference to solvents, diluents, buffers, carriers, reconstitution materials, liquid handling, solubility, storage, stability, compatibility, or laboratory preparation is provided only for lawful laboratory research-context reference.
Nothing on the Selora website, product pages, labels, documentation, emails, customer support messages, or social media should be interpreted as human-use, animal-use, medical, clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, veterinary, cosmetic, dietary supplement, food, compounding, administration, injection, ingestion, or personal-use guidance.
2. No Solvents for Human or Animal Administration
Selora BioSystems does not sell, supply, recommend, approve, verify, or endorse solvents, diluents, or reconstitution materials for human or animal administration.

- Sterile diluents
- Saline
- Injection vehicles
- Administration vehicles
- Syringes
- Needles
- Alcohol pads
- Injection supplies
- Dosing materials
- Reconstitution-for-administration materials
- Human-use preparation supplies
- Animal-use preparation supplies
Products sold by Selora are research-use materials only and are not supplied with any materials intended for administration to humans or animals.
3. No Reconstitution-for-Administration Guidance
Selora does not provide instructions, recommendations, ratios, volumes, concentrations, calculations, methods, schedules, protocols, or guidance for reconstitution, mixing, dilution, preparation, or administration for human or animal use.
Selora will not answer questions involving:
- How much solvent to use for personal use
- How to mix a product for injection
- How to reconstitute for human or animal administration
- How many units to draw
- How to dose
- How to inject
- How to store after personal-use mixing
- How long a personally reconstituted product lasts
- Whether a solvent is safe for injection
- Whether a third-party solvent can be used on humans or animals
- Whether a product can be used with bacteriostatic water for personal use
- Any other administration, dosing, or personal-use question
Any request for this type of guidance is outside Selora’s intended use, outside Selora’s customer support scope, and may result in refusal of service, order cancellation, account restriction, or permanent account termination.
4. Third-Party and Aftermarket Solvents
Selora BioSystems is not responsible for any third-party, aftermarket, customer-supplied, or externally obtained solvent, diluent, buffer, liquid, reconstitution material, or related accessory.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Bacteriostatic water
- Sterile water
- Saline
- Buffers
- Acetic acid solutions
- DMSO
- Laboratory solvents
- Preserved or unpreserved diluents
- Compounding materials
- Any online-purchased or pharmacy-purchased solvent
- Any material obtained from a third-party vendor
Selora does not verify the identity, purity, sterility, concentration, labeling, authenticity, storage condition, chain of custody, compatibility, suitability, or safety of any third-party solvent or diluent.
Any use of a third-party or aftermarket solvent is performed solely at the purchaser’s own risk and responsibility.
5. No Compatibility Guarantee
Selora makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation that any Selora product is compatible with any solvent, diluent, carrier, buffer, liquid, material, method, container, tool, or protocol selected by the purchaser.
Solubility, stability, degradation, contamination risk, precipitation, pH sensitivity, storage condition, and analytical suitability may vary depending on product identity, batch, solvent, concentration, handling method, temperature, container, time, and research conditions.
The purchaser is solely responsible for independently determining whether any solvent, diluent, or preparation method is appropriate for their lawful qualified laboratory research purpose.
6. No Sterility or Administration Representation
Unless expressly stated on product documentation, Selora does not represent that any research material is sterile, injectable, pyrogen-free, endotoxin-free, aseptically filled, suitable for compounding, suitable for administration, or safe for human or animal use.
Any COA, purity statement, HPLC data, mass spectrometry data, batch documentation, storage note, or product identity information is provided solely for research documentation and laboratory reference.
Such documentation must not be interpreted as confirmation of sterility, administration suitability, therapeutic value, diagnostic value, safety for human use, safety for animal use, or compatibility with any solvent.
7. Customer Responsibility
Purchasers are solely responsible for all decisions related to solvent selection, compatibility assessment, documentation, handling, storage, preparation, research use, containment, cleanup, and disposal.
Purchasers are responsible for following all applicable:
- Federal laws
- State laws
- Local laws
- Institutional policies
- Laboratory safety procedures
- Environmental health and safety requirements
- Chemical handling procedures
- Storage requirements
- Disposal requirements
- Import/export restrictions
- Procurement policies
- Internal research protocols
Selora does not assume responsibility for the purchaser’s solvent selection, laboratory environment, research design, training, equipment, storage conditions, sterility controls, contamination controls, documentation practices, or legal compliance.
8. Prohibited Use With Selora Products
Purchasers may not use Selora products with any solvent, diluent, liquid, carrier, or preparation material for:
- Human consumption
- Animal consumption
- Injection
- Ingestion
- Inhalation
- Topical application
- Administration to humans
- Administration to animals
- Medical use
- Clinical use
- Diagnostic use
- Therapeutic use
- Veterinary use
- Cosmetic use
- Dietary supplement use
- Food use
- Household use
- Compounding
- Personal wellness use
- Weight-loss use
- Bodybuilding use
- Anti-aging use
- Any other prohibited personal-use purpose
Purchasers may not represent, advertise, resell, relabel, repackage, or distribute Selora products with any solvent or diluent for human or animal use.
9. Customer Communications Involving Solvents
Selora will not provide support for customer communications involving solvent use for prohibited purposes.
This includes questions about:
- Bacteriostatic water for injection
- Sterile water for injection
- Mixing for personal use
- Injection preparation
- Dose calculations
- Units on a syringe
- Personal storage after mixing
- Human-use reconstitution
- Animal-use reconstitution
- Side effects
- Treatment outcomes
- Weight-loss protocols
- Bodybuilding protocols
- Anti-aging protocols
- Wellness protocols
If a customer communication suggests human use, animal use, injection, ingestion, administration, dosing, treatment, personal use, or any other prohibited use, Selora may decline to respond beyond restating its research-use-only position.
Repeated or serious violations may result in order cancellation, refusal of service, account restriction, permanent account termination, and denial of future purchases.
10. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements Involving Solvents
Selora may deny returns, refunds, replacements, or customer support requests where a product has been:
- Opened
- Mixed
- Diluted
- Reconstituted
- Combined with any solvent
- Transferred into another container
- Stored improperly
- Handled outside qualified laboratory conditions
- Contaminated
- Altered
- Relabeled
- Repackaged
- Used or discussed in connection with prohibited human or animal use
Selora may also deny claims where the purchaser used a third-party or aftermarket solvent, failed to document handling conditions, failed to report an issue within the required claim window, or provided communications suggesting prohibited use.
All returns or replacements must be pre-approved in writing. Unauthorized returns may be refused, discarded, or returned to sender.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
11. Research Documentation Only
Any laboratory handling information provided by Selora is for research documentation only.
This may include, when applicable:
- Product identity
- Lot number
- Batch number
- Storage condition
- Analytical testing information
- Purity information
- COA availability
- General laboratory handling notes
This information is not intended to instruct, support, or enable administration to humans or animals.
Selora does not provide research protocol design, dosing protocol design, compounding guidance, clinical guidance, diagnostic guidance, administration guidance, or treatment recommendations.
12. Assumption of Risk
The purchaser acknowledges that solvents, diluents, buffers, reconstitution materials, and liquid handling may present known and unknown risks, including but not limited to:
- Contamination risk
- Misidentification risk
- Improper concentration risk
- Improper storage risk
- Degradation risk
- Precipitation risk
- Compatibility risk
- pH-related instability
- Chemical exposure risk
- Sterility risk
- Unknown toxicological risk
- Improper disposal risk
- Foreseeable or unforeseeable hazards
The purchaser voluntarily assumes all risks associated with selecting, obtaining, verifying, storing, handling, mixing, diluting, documenting, using, transferring, or disposing of any solvent, diluent, or liquid material in connection with Selora products.
13. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Selora makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee regarding any solvent, diluent, buffer, liquid, reconstitution material, container, method, protocol, or third-party product selected or used by the purchaser.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selora shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, property damage, research loss, contamination, degradation, incompatibility, failed experiment, financial loss, regulatory issue, or other damage arising from or related to:
- Third-party solvents
- Aftermarket solvents
- Customer-supplied solvents
- Improper solvent selection
- Improper mixing
- Improper dilution
- Improper storage
- Improper handling
- Improper disposal
- Contamination
- Precipitation
- Degradation
- Unauthorized use
- Human use
- Animal use
- Personal use
- Any prohibited use
14. Indemnification
The purchaser agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Selora BioSystems, Selora Technologies, Inc., and their owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, affiliates, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, demands, lawsuits, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, fines, costs, expenses, attorneys’ fees, investigations, regulatory actions, or third-party claims arising from or related to:
- The purchaser’s solvent selection
- Use of any third-party or aftermarket solvent
- Mixing, dilution, reconstitution, storage, transfer, disposal, or handling
- Misrepresentation of intended use
- Violation of this Solvent Use Policy
- Violation of Selora’s Terms and Conditions
- Violation of any law, regulation, policy, or safety requirement
- Human use, animal use, personal use, administration, injection, ingestion, or any prohibited use
This obligation survives order completion, account termination, and discontinuation of website use.
15. Right to Refuse Service
Selora reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict accounts, terminate accounts, or deny future purchases if Selora believes a purchaser is requesting, discussing, attempting, supporting, or engaging in prohibited solvent-related use.
This includes, but is not limited to, requests involving syringes, injection preparation, dosing calculations, personal-use mixing, or administration guidance.
16. Acceptance
By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order, checking a required checkout box, or purchasing any product from Selora BioSystems, you certify that:
You have read and agree to this Solvent Use Policy.
You understand Selora products are for qualified laboratory research use only.
You understand Selora does not sell, provide, recommend, verify, or endorse solvents for human or animal administration.
You will not use any Selora product with any solvent, diluent, or liquid material for human use, animal use, injection, ingestion, inhalation, topical application, treatment, diagnosis, veterinary use, cosmetic use, dietary supplement use, food use, household use, compounding, or personal use.
You assume full responsibility for lawful solvent selection, documentation, compatibility assessment, handling, storage, research use, and disposal.
You agree that violation of this policy may result in order cancellation, refusal of service, account termination, and denial of future purchases.
